Mr. Heuer is a degreed safety professional with 10 years of Safety and health Management Training, experience in both Construction and General Industry.

Mr. Heuer has trained more than 10 thousand students in OSHA 10 & 30 hr Construction and General Industry Outreach Training. He is a graduate of the Central Washington University School of Loss Control Management, and has been working in Environmental Health and Safety Industry for the past 10 years.

Mr. Heuer has five years experience in Construction Safety as both a Safety Director and a Field Safety Officer. He has experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, Civil, and Utility Construction. As a Safety Professional, Mr. Heuer has performed Safety Audits, Accident Investigations, Safety and Health Training and Drug Testing. In addition he has worked with Insurance Agencies, Bonding Agents, and both the Washington and Oregon Dept of Labor. He is an expert in Trenching and Excavation, Confined Space Entry, and Hazwoper.

In addition to his strong construction background Mr. Heuer has six years of experience working in General Industry as a Safety Coordinator and as a member of the Longview Weyerhaeuser Plant Site Safety Committee, located in Longview, WA. His General Industry experience is broad and includes Productions and Manufacturing, Pulp and Paper, Wood Products, and Waste Management.

While the Safety Director for Kelly Electric LLC, Mr. Heuer helped organize the Orientation Training and Drug Testing of over 2,500 Craft Tradesmen for the 2002 Boiler Shutdown at the Longview Wa, Weyerhaeuser Pulp Mill.
