Ms. Cressionie has over twenty years of documented superior leadership and success in a wide variety of critical managerial positions and operational assignments. She has had overall responsibility for planning, implementing, maintaining and controlling safety and security for many projects. Ms. Cressionie is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of programs, policies and procedures for the identification and resolution of occupational safety and health hazards, and environmental and regulatory compliance.

2006-Present Regional Safety and Health Officer,
DWG & Associates, Inc., Colorado Springs, CO

Responsible to maintain and develop our client's safety systems to all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements, manage and develop safety policy and procedures around the region, ensure that all clients employees and other relevant parties are periodically briefed on current and forthcoming safety issues, and any changes to safety systems, policies and procedures, and ensure statutory reporting and investigation of accidents and incidents, among other duties.

1998 – 2003 Owner/Construction Supervisor,

Responsible for supervising the Construction Department, Band personnel, organizing workflow, and reviewing project specifications. Responsible for supervising the Fiber Department and personnel, organizing workflow, and reviewing project specifications. Performed preliminary quality checks on-site to ensure compliance to specifications and send completed work to clients once approved by our Quality Control Department; maintaining computer workstations and associated equipment. Supervised the drafting office and provided a final link in the quality assurance phase of operations. In addition, acted as liaison between the drafting department and customers providing information pertinent to the successful completion of various projects. Maintained records of drafting job specifications and produced reports detailing the status of various projects. Responsible for setting up construction sites, consulting, and negotiating. Supervised our field engineers out on various sites, and did all quality control of all field maps.

1991 – 1998 Owner/President, IMT LLC, Waynesboro, VA

Responsibilities include submitting invoices to contractors, recruiting and dispatching personnel to various job-site locations, as well as maintaining records required for day-to-day business operations. In addition oversaw organization of our drafting office. Additionally, acted as network administrator for our Ethernet LAN; maintained computer workstations and associated equipment. Responsible for filing, document control, and providing a friendly and efficient initial point of contact for our customers. Assisted with bookkeeping and payroll as well as many various and valuable general office tasks. Supervised our field engineers out on various sites, and did all quality control of all field maps.

1988–1990 Lead Scaffold Builder/ Safety Inspector,
Tralier Brothers, on Rouge, LA

General tasks: inspecting scaffolding and its immediate surroundings; to train and instruct on proper use of safety equipment and scaffolding.

1985–1987 Field Engineer, Cable TV, Wainsborough, VA

As-built mapper for existing cable TV systems. Field design of RF Design projects.

1981 – 1984 Field Technician Dixie Cable, Baton Rouge, LA

Splice apprentice and coax installer. Drove bucket and boom trucks for field crews. Kept inventory of tools and equipment and did field mapping.
